if the photo you are talking about is the one of oswald stood on the top step of the TSBD then it is not a fake it was taken as the final shot was fired.it is clamed that the man you see in the photo is bill lovelady another worker in the TSBD.how ever you should read loveladys statment to the warren commision because the cloths he says he was wearing that day do not match the cloths of the man in the front entrance,but it does look alot like oswald to me and matches what oswald was wearing that day.make up your own mind

LOL almost a 3-year-old thread. I forgot all about it!

There are days I believe it's Lovelady on the stairs and other times I don't. I'm not a big reasearcher in this area but since the original date of this thread I've looked at almost everything I could find on the web, newsgroups, and in my library. Sometimes I think it's Lovelady and other times ??? (especially when I get caught up in the reasons that I could have been Oswald).

Not very decisive on my part, eh? ;)
