I was going to suggest transplanting Janet Reno's face to a cow's butt when she passes on...
but I doubt anybody would notice the difference,

a consultant plastic surgeon at the Royal Free Hospital, London and the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, US, said a public debate was needed to determine society's views in advance of the surgery becoming possible. Interesting. Apparently plastic surgeons have more moral conscience than genetic engineers and abortionists. Oops. That last was non-sequiter. Ax murderers have more moral conscience than abortionists. Anyway, I didn't know any kind of physician gave a rats heiny about public opinion.
