Bush praises Islam for its 'morality'

You admire me, dude. How nice that is of you.

But Islam DOES NOT mean "peace". Islam means submission to God. Personally, I think all men have to submit before the awesome majesty of God sooner or later. I'm not particluarly ritualistic ir religious, but when you look at creation, you realize that you are small and pathetic before God. In the face of that, submission is quite realistic.

Way I see it, God gave us life-- and in His mercy-- gave us hope. That's enough for me. I submit.

As far as what you've read about Mohammed-- most of it is wrong. Mohammmed never ordered men killed. He killed them in combat (kind of like Solomon and David) or he passed judgement on men who violated the law.

As far as marrying a 6-year old-- that's simply not true. Mohammed married Ayesha at 17. If you read the Old Testament or the Talmud, you'll find that the Hebrew prophets married early and often. And frankly speaking, in that century (7th), Euros and Middle-Easterners all married young. Indeed, the idea of consent age is a rather recent one.

Note this, though. As angry as I might be at assualts on Mohammed by Christians, I ( and even the most twisted Bin Ladenite Muslim) would never assault Christ. It would be easy. But it would be unthinkable. For Christ is sacred to us, and an assault on Christ is an assualt against the faith of the one God.

All the problems of islam are the white man's fault

Nonsense. I don't blame the "white man". 500 years ago, the Western European was considered a savage. But who is the "white man" anyway? Is the white man from the barbarian tribes of Germany who overwhelmed the Romans and destroyed Roman civilization? Were the Orthodox Christians of Byzantium (Constantinople) not white enough when they were murdered by the Crusaders because they didn't have blue eyes. Are the Turks or Iranians not Caucasians peoples?

Look, I don't know what "white" means. What I do know is the legacy of the British Empire is Kashmir, Palestine, and the Saudis. The Saudis (supported by Lawrence the fag)destroyed my family's ancestral graveyard in Medina.

But if Islam were the purely fascistic faith you claim it is, it would have no staying power. Does that mean that I want every imbecile who comes into the Faith of the One God-- NO!

That's what I've never understood about people like you. If you're in a war, you want to gather allies, not make new enemies or drive people into the enemies' camp.

It is common place in Kandahar, Afghanistan for a man to have a boy lover (ashna) even when he is married and has children. Islamic countries have not escaped homosexuality. Egypt caught a group of men and have punished them for homosexual acts. A lesbian woman in Jordan told me that it was easy to be homosexual there, for no one suspects her. I think that no country is free from homosexuality.
