Apparently it's okay in California to throw military ballots in the trash if they're received even one day late. I heard there were 1,500 military ballots in this race that were received too late. Lemoore Naval Air Station is in this district. Too bad this columnist didn't take the time to contact military absentee voters to see how they felt about their ballots being flushed down the toilet. Dean Gardner, the Republican (NATURALLY!), lost by about 200 votes and he spent just over $200,000. The democRAT, on the other hand, spent ALMOST TWO MILLION DOLLARS and still almost lost. This race stunk to high heaven and I'm still fuming. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Ping for voter fraud/irregularities/outrages. Thanks!

Just talked to this columnist. I told her it would have been interesting to hear from a military absentee voter to see how they felt about having their ballots trashed. She said it would have been impossible for her to contact military personnel. However, I wish someone would follow up with Lemoore Naval Air Station to get a statement or something. I heard there were 1,500 military ballots trashed which could have made the difference in this race. This is disgusting and I think I'm going to go now and THROW UP!!!!!!!!

Great post Saundra! You can bet your sweet bippy that they counted any late Democrat votes....all the while we hear the communist chant that "every vote must count". That only applies to Democrat votes.
I understand why you are furious. Californians voters are going to have to get involved and throw these rat scum cheaters into the Pacific!

Especially when you consider that the vast majority of California is Republican. It is just that those sprawling urban, Rat infested cesspools along the coast control the elections. Conservatives really have their work cut out for them dealing with the rich and powerful Rats at the helm of whatever goes on there. Saundra, I don't envy you.

I forwarded a link to this thread to CRP Chair. He's a good guy and he's pretty pissed with Republican B.S. right now, too.

This saddens me to see our military voters disenfranchised...shades of Florida and (insert state name here).. and here... and here... and here .. There ought to be a law. Between the South Dakota reservations and their shenanigans getting a demRat elected and now seeing more on this come out, this sucks.
To: Saundra Duffy
Wow, thanks for letting me know about this. After time #1 you would think Republicans would keep track of those ballots!!!

Deja Vu from the presidential election 2000. This is despicable but not unexpected. They got away with it once...why not pull the same stunt again?
Thank-you for bringing this to the fore.

Let me clue you in, CA Guy!
Those absentee ballots were opened and read, and then held up, happens all the time. Some of course, really were late, and by the laws of lalaland, are not counted. It's the law. It's a weakness the the Dems have a special team to handle.
What's more important are the literally hundreds of thousands of those illegal registrations that plague your state. OTOH, I sympathise. Control of our statehouse was lost by 44 votes that the Democrats thought were not important enough to count. There isn't a court in the state that can overturn it. The Democrats count on it.

I just received this from Steve Frank (former NFRA President):
THIS IS FROM A READER IN KERN COUNTY. THIS IS JUST ONE DISTRICT--HOW MANY MORE FRAUDULENT VOTERS ARE THERE IN CALIFORNIA? IN THIS CASE WE LOST AN ASSEMBLY SEAT.
Yesterday, December 9, 2002, 1,318 cases of voter fraud in the Kern County portion of the 30th Assembly District with documentation was handed to the Kern County Grand Jury. Today, December 10, 2002, copies of the cases are being delivered to the Kern County District Attorney and to Secretary of State, Fraud Division.

Apparently it's okay in California to throw military ballots in the trash if they're received even one day late. I'm almost certain that federal law doesn't allow for this. If I'm wrong, this needs to be rectified immediately in the next Congress. If I'm right, the F.B.I. needs to announce that they're going to start criminally prosecuting those who violate the law.
