HOUSTON - Investigators with Children's Protective Services are looking into the case of a six-year-old girl who they believe could be in danger.
League City police say photographs confiscated from her home show the little girl was watching while her mother performed explicit sex acts.
The child's father is outraged because he says he tried to get something done six months ago. He told KHOU-TV he found sexually explicit negatives that included his daughter back in May.

"I was mad because my daughter was not supposed to look at that," he says. "She is not that age to look at that."
League City police say the pictures show the child watching her mother engaged in sex acts with another woman.
Last Friday, League City officers arrested 21-year-old Janie Melendez and charged her with indecency with a child. She was later released on bond.
The father says he showed the pictures to a CPS caseworker six months ago, but nothing happened. "That's nothing right," he says. "I don't understand why not."
CPS spokesperson Judy Hay say they investigated back then, but found no evidence of sexual or physical abuse.
"This child is telling us of a very appropriate life with her mother," Hay says.
Hay admits they could have done more. "We could have stayed involved with Mom," she says. "We didn't do that. We could have asked for drug and alcohol assessment. We didn't do that. We could have provided monitoring. We didn't."
The mother has agreed to let CPS psychiatrists examine the child. They will determine whether the girl should be placed in foster care.
Understandable. They're much too busy trying to separate Christian home-schoolers from their decent homes and moral parents. Gotta stick to priorities.
Logical fallicy. Nine months of preganancy and 12 months at age 15? It is possible she was 15 before underage intercourse began. Unlikely perhaps, but sloppy logic annoys me.
Read the quotes attributed to the father again and notice his use of the english language....he sounds like a crack head....
A few moons back we had rented a townhouse while waiting for the closing of our then new home. Our next-door neighbors (in one townhouse) were a 20 year-old Turkish single mom with a 4-year old daughter, a 32 Y.O. white homosexual male with a 40 something, married boyfriend, an Iranian architecture student with his Asian girlfriend and a 38 Y.O. black male who was a golden gloves boxer and YMCA counselor from New York City.
It was quite a household but the fun didn't end there. One day, the boxer's girlfriend from NY showed up and promptly moved in. She was Mexican and, get this.... a dwarf!
I could have written a sitcom. I was talking to Rob (the gay fellow) one day and asked him if he ever got everyone together for a "family" picture, could I get a copy. Unfortunately, or rather fortunately, our house closing went off without a hitch and we were out of there in 3 months.

Those in the social services either already found out or are in the process of *learning* that getting into the ol' proverbial *bed* they helped to make, ain't so easy when it comes down to push & shove.

Well thats what this is, a bachelor or a exotic dancer party. These ladies were contracted by some gentlemen to put on a show for monetary exchange. Usually this show involves certain 'rique' activites.
It looks like someone brought a camera to record the activities (something I used to do when I used to go, again before I was saved) BUT some idiot brought a child to watch this.
Thus the child was recorded on film.
I doubt these women are lesbians, as its all part of the act

(12/11/02) — A father makes a disturbing discovery when he finds graphic pictures involving his young daughter and her mother.
The pictures were taken at a party in a League City apartment last year. They show 21-year-old Janie Melendez and another woman engaged in explicit sexual positions, as the six-year-old girl looked on.
Police are looking for a woman known as 'Sonya', seen in pictures engaged in explicit sexual positions in front of a young girl.
Melendez was arrested and charged with indecency with a child. Police are still looking for the other woman, known only as Sonya.
The woman police are looking for, is thought to be an exotic dancer. She has tattoos of stars going down her back.
Authorities say exposing yourself to a child is a third degree felony.

Well, if porno photos of a six year old involved in lesbian sex isn't proof, I wonder what would be considered proof?
