Pray for me what? That's I'll turn into a intolerant old lady who thinks everybody who doesn't agree with ME is going to hell?
Don't.

The real point here, which you've missed altogether, is that you need someone with real SPINE as ML. Lott didn't have it. Frist will be even more of a squish when push comes to shove. Santorum is much more in line with my views, but he's definitely no leader.
McConnell, with whom I have many disagreements, is the man.

Probably because of your 3 exceptions. You know mom's life is meaningless.

I love the blues. I love to jam and play by ear and improvise in lots of styles. In fact I'm discovering I like it more than through-composed music. So I'm in a bit of an existential pickle these days. :)
To: Howlin
And the reason you can tell he's a squish is that he got elected in the GOP primary in 1994 and worked his way up by obscuring his positions, not by taking principled stands.

I'll pray that you become more enlightened as to the value of innocent human life.

Bill Frist on Abortion
Voted YES on maintaining ban on Military Base Abortions.

I have decided I am not a racist either ...as a Republican I want to starve all people equally and pollute all natural things regardless of race, color, or creed.

Isn't McConnell accused of doing naughty stuff with the Chinese government?
To: The Old Hoosier
Ah, you're the one who brought up Jews and Nazis.
I stated it as plainly as I could; I cannot believe you hate so much you dug THIS DEEP to try to smear a good man like Bill Frist.
Don't preach to us; you're sinning right here. But I guess because it's abortion, it's fine to sin and judge people.

No one disputes that Frist votes correctly. Lott also votes correctly, but was a horrible majority leader. It's a question of whether someone who has principles. A man who says he is pro-life but knowingly and willingly profits from abortion falls into that category.

There you go again.

"Imagine that, he has a share of the family business."Looks like the family business is murder for hire. Their services are to off folks that might annoy someone. There's nothing they can do to speak up for their selves. The friggin' govm't don't even do it for them. It's better Lott stays where he's at , than have this slimeball as Senate Majority Leader. At least Lott only insults folks with his stupidity and those folks are big enough to answer back. Dead babies naver answer back, at least not in this world.
To: Howlin
Frist must be a racist, last week he had Southern Fried Chicken twice.

Don't you dare say I don't value human life. I have lost a child and you know it.
I value human life more than any of you santimonious armchair "Christians" do.

You are ignorant.
I would like you to answer 104?
To: The Old Hoosier
A good majority leader shows leadership; Frist has done that with his announcement today. I'm sure many if not most on this board would prefer Nickles, but reality dictates that it will probably be Frist or Lott. And Frist has shown he's worth getting behind.

Oh, of that I'm sure.
Mothers are just incubators to these people.

I had to basically quit playing classical music (I was never that good anyway) before I could really get an ear for improvisation. I kept thinking that you had to hit the notes just as the composer intended and I think I sacrificed a lot of the soul of the music in search of perfection.
I think Gerswhin changed the way a lot of people thought about what is or is not classical music. Porgy and Bess was a paradigm shift for opera.
I think Mozart would have been a great jazz pianist. I'm just suprised he didn't invent it.

They care about life, just not a mother's life.
