He got arrested because he had a tantrum. Tantrums sound weird when you try to describe them... arms were flapped... hard breathing and shouting happened. His story glosses over his own part in it... Who knows how it actually looked. But temper tantrums are not smart in airports.

It looks like this guy went off from the get go and then the security people made it worse?

It is not that they are not smart, they are forbidden. The TSA can treat you any way it wishes and you'd best just put ice on it.

I'll ask again, flown lately?

Right. And while being frisked and felt up by the JBT, keep your eyes averted on the floor and speak in a very low voice, and answer each instruction with "Yes, Massah." Looking directly at a TSA employee without the proper aura of respect will get you a trip to the little room.

GOOD REPLY - right to the point.

We fly when we have to, and it is really smart to be cooperative and have a good attitude.

I have not had any problems including luggage searches or pat downs with my metal knees.

There are a lot of people out there, some of whom look like us, who would love to bring a dozen planes down like 9/11. Times have changed, and if I did have a problem with a screener, would be businesslike, ask for a supervisor and tell them the problem in a courteous way.

A BIG BTW is never refuse their request to screen you, or your day will be ruined.

All the Federale could write was that he didn't like how the man "exhaled". You can see that as a "tantrum"; I see it as the reasoned response of an American citizen. WHy aren't these clowns bothering potential terrorists, not Americans. Each time they check someone like me or you, they are not checking Mohammed Atta.
