populace of the USA to Islam)...you realize we shouldn't give these
peckerwoods a second's rest until they are all pushed back into the desert of Arabia and Yemen.

I'm not sure what you believe, so my apologies if I'm overinterpreting what you've written but it sounds like you might be Arian? Do you believe that Jesus wasn't always God in eternity? I believe it's clear that there are many Scriptures that declare that Jesus has always been and always will be God -- also, since the nativity and for the rest of eternity, the Word made flesh for us. It was God, Jesus, just as it was the Father and Holy Spirit that walked with Adam, covenanted with Abraham, gave the Law to Moses, directed Joshua's army, established the throne of David, and prophesied about Jesus in the flesh as the sacrificial lamb through the prophets.

Just a some of those Scriptures:

Yet it was the LORD's will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the LORD makes his life a guilt offering, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand.
(OT prophesy in Isaiah 53 about Jesus, whose brothers and sisters are also his offspring and the will of the LORD of the OT will prosper in his hand)

"I and the Father are one." (NT)

"Before Abraham was, I AM." (NT)

If the "Word made flesh" doesn't refer in part to all the words from God in the OT, then why is he called that? Here is the Spirit of the OT, inspiring the writer in the NT:

John 1:1-19 -- In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe. He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God-- children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John testifies concerning him. He cries out, saying, "This was he of whom I said, 'He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.' " From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another. For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known.

Matthew 5:17-18 -- "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished."

II Timothy 3:12-17 -- In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
(These "Scriptures" are the same as are in our OT now, the same that Jesus taught in the synagogue, when he said, "Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.")

I think you'll agree that Christianity is sinless. It's people who are sinners. People who are Christians turn to God and His ways, while those who call themselves Christians but do not repent will be hear, "Depart from me for I never knew you."

I have a feeling that George mutters under his breath "By the time I'm done with it..." before saying "Islam is a religion of peace."

Kind of like the old Communist recruitment line: "Do you want to work for peace?"

Islam is more like the religion of pieces, and certainly not peace! It is a religion of body pieces, savagery, hatered, something that no man needs. The missionaries in Yemen were killed because some Muslim wanted to get closer to his god named "allah". And this is not the God of the bible who hates sin. Allah is the one who passes out the perpetual virgins for an eternal sex party in Paradise to the murderers and other evil men fighting for his cause.
Get it? There is a difference in gods here.
