A prescription? For sunblock? Allowed to use it? I'm speechless.

A controversial law allowing agricultural workers to settle labor disputes through mediation takes effect January 1.

"Controversial" means that conservatives like it, right?

New legislation also extends California's bicycle helmet law to scooters, skateboards, and skates. Children under 18 not wearing a helmet could face a $25 fine.

Last time I was in Kalifornia, skateboarding itself was a crime. You sure as hell couldn't do it anywhere fun....

Nazi Germany invoked laws in increments like this.

Fascists!

Meega, Nala Kweesta!

Damn.. more new laws then ya can shake a stick at!

Doesn't it just make ya feel safer and more secure knowing the state pumpkinheads that brought us this deluge of BS are now hard at work on more new taXes as well.

Yes, we have a prize lot of socialzit demRats hacking away at our freedoms, riding around in luxury cars, waving at the adoring crowds on their way to their fund-raisers.

We are so blessed here in this Republic of California to have leaders who are so fiscally responsible and cautious. /sarc

Has it been determined whether or not Kalifornia legislators are actually members of the human race yet?
