A rabbi was stabbed Friday night in a Paris synagogue by an unknown assailant who fled, Israel Radio reported.

According to the radio the assailant stabbed Rabbi Gabriel Farhi in the stomach, shouting "Allah Wakbar" before running away.

Farhi, who was lightly wounded, was treated at a hospital, before being released.

Farhi told the radio that this was not the first time he or his family had been threatened and that very morning he had received a threat.

Paris police are investigating the incident.

Most people don't realize that it's easier to emigrate from the Middle East if one is a Muslim vs a Christian. Apparently the West doesn't want Christians to abandon the Middle East, so they make it more difficult for them to emigrate. Of course, at the same time they don't lift a finger to help the Christians there. So the Christians end up with a horrible life with no help, and Muslims are the ones allowed to emigrate to Europe and the US and carry with them the seed of the West's destruction.

I have one question...why isn't the assailant DEAD?

Any Jews with the Rabbi should have immiediately pursued and murdered the attacker. Until Jews in France start defending themselves and killing Arabs for any attack on a synogogue or person, instead of the usual running whining to authorities who would love to see the Holocaust II, I have have zero sympathy.

Obviously a follower of that right-wing Christian demagogue Jacques Le Pen! < /sarcasm >

Just wait until we start dismantling Iraq: Aprés Saddam, le deluge. The local Musselmen are going to freak out once pictures of Heroic Arab Liberation Fighters being blown to pieces, eviscerated, and charcoal-broiled are broadcast, and they're going to go hunting for revenge -- with M. et M. Les Partouts being their number one target. If I lived anywhere near a big French city, I'd be buying, borrowing or stealing a gunmaintenant.

Would that were true, FRiend. But in these times it's more likely that France will hand over the Jews again.

Liberal, in the european sense, is conservative in US political terms.

In europe liberals are defined as conservatives in the US. It is liberalism, in the european definition sense, who strive for freedom over equality, free enterprise and the like.

They can go to the Devil for all I care.

Too bad your government (Canada) doesn't trust it's people with arms, although I realise that many Canadians are still armed. An armed Jew that found him/herself the object of Islamafascist attention could certainly help hasten their meeting with the Dark Lord.

"Yet the liberals continue to support the Islamanazis"

I think the reason is probably that since most Muslims are not of European descent and not "white," that the Left can't help thinking of Muslims as a "minority," which means they must be used in the Left's continuing effort to undermine Western culture.

This gets really ironic when Jewish leaders instincts to be "liberal" lead them to instinctively wish to support those who hate Jews.

I hate to say it but when I was in France a little over two years ago...I attended an awards service at a private Catholic boy's school. Although not a student at this particular private school, our friend's grandson was receiving an academic award at a ceremony just being held on their premises. So we wanted to see this event and I had wanted to see this particular school for a long time. It is quite a historical site.

In the boys/mens room...near the dining hall...my husband said that there were swastikas carved in to the wood on the window sills and by the doorways. He was shocked and said that it did not look as if there had been any attempt to cover the up the carvings. They looked freshly done...paint still hanging on the edges.

I went up to that door way...just at the entrance....and, by golly ,there they were... on the door frame...I saw several carved just as "big and bold as brass"!

This particular school is a boarding school and boys go there from all over the former French "empire". AHHMMMMMmmm.

That being said...there are many 3rd world boys there...parents have money though. This is NOT an inexpensive school. They have beautiful white swans in their pond and a lovely rose garden....and junior neo-nazis in their midst. OH, SO CHARMING!

It is long overdue. The jihadists should meet the fate they plan for so many others.

I notice the unusual spelling, and it gives me an idea. We can all take to quoting the line humorously. My entry - "Allus Whackjobs!" Alternatives welcome...
