The latest insult to Islam comes in the form of a new book - "Islam Unveiled" - by Robert Spencer which rejects the thesis that Islam is a religion of peace or that it has been hijacked by a minority of extremists. It is open season on Islam in America.

Well, I was waiting for you to hang yourself with the noose you have been playing with, and you have just done it. Since our laws directly prohibit the actions required by the many bloodthirsty fatwas proclaimed by Islamic mullahs, and they also directly prohibit many of the activities DEMANDED by the Koran itself, arent these laws, in effect, UNCONSTITUTIONAL? I suppose we should just sigh, bless the First Amendment, apologize to the Muslims, then stand in line to be tortured and executed for refusing to worship Allah. Nice try pal...JFK

What civil rights do muslim countries afford their populace? What protection would I as a Christian expect to receive from the followers of mohammed? What one thing has this so called religion contributed to this planet that was productive?
Im sorry, but in the balance of human affairs islam comes up wanting.
It ain't open season, yet, but just let another 9-11 style incident happen here, and all bets are off. Lots of 'Muslims' are going to be denying their corrupt faith just to survive the backlash.

I don't really have any Muslim "buddies" but the Muslims I used to work around (in cincy no less) weren't at all like they are portrayed here.
I worked in a very rough part of town, assaults, robberies and burglaries were common. I tell you, in that kind of a situation you begin to appreciate good people who take a stand against scumbags who would do you harm.
If your wife's car broke down, you could do no better than one of my "Muslim buddies" helping her out. At least she's going to be treated with respect and she's not going to be harmed.. That's much more than can be said for the dope heads, thieves and other assorted criminals that frequented this area.
This broad brush just isn't an accurate description of domestic Islam. Not in my experience.

You can't violate the right's of others in the act of worshiping. You also can't conspire to commit criminal acts. It's illegal.

BTW, if they took over here. You'd still be beheaded in spite of years of sympathizing. Just a thought.
Well, when domestic Islam breaks the law then we are equipped to deal with that. We have a Constitution, laws and a jail cell waiting for them.. Just like the Christians, Jews and whoever else decides to become a menace.
Well then you will simply have to re-write the Constitution.
Our laws prevent murder. They also prevent oppression of religion. Islam condones, and even demands, that its followers commit murder. Therefore, our laws against murder violate Muslims first amendment rights. So therefore, by your logic, we should just apologize to the Muslims for having laws that violate their religious right to murder us, then get in line to be slaughtered. Anything else would be uncivil, another unfair obstacle to Muslims in achieving their goal of wiping us out.

And as I said, your right to life trumps.
If any Muslims don't see it this way then there is a gun barrel or a jail cell waiting for them because that's the law.
