He just said that before the caps law in PA went into effect, malpractice claims went up dramatically. He said that tells him that these claims are like the lottery. GREAT point!

Doctors could cure the malpractice problem in a few weeks.
All they would have to do is refuse to treat or even schedual an appointment with any trial lawyer or their family members until the trial lawyers themselves stop rampant malpractice suits.
That would put a stop the rampant malpractice suits without any government intervention.

GREAT point!"I liked the reference to full page newspaper ads paid for by settlement money, too. It was a GREAT speech. I LOVE listening to his opinion of trial lawyers and frivolous lawsuits.
