You go girl. This is the only correct way to administer the draft in our day and age.

Why are the courts always the first resort for these people? We live in a Representative Republic. Go talk to your representative. If you can't make a case to him and the rest of your countrymen, then maybe your idea isn't so great.
Another case of morons tying up the courts with stupid cases, raising costs and lengthening delays for those who need the justice system.
What a way to raise your kids. Does it occur to these dim bulbs that the draft is primarily used to fill the front lines? Do we really want women serving in those positions? I'd guess the overwhelming response would be "no", but going to the courts conveniently circumvents the will of the people and their representatives.

This is one lawsuit which has merit. The women's movement is fine as long as there no responsibility taken by them when they get something."TIME TO PAY FOR YOUR OWN MEAL GIRLS"!!

Go talk to your representative ...If one wants to change the law, go to a legislator. If one has an issue with the interpretation of the law, go to a judge.
