I was another of those Donahue viewers. Ritter said he was a FIREFIGHTER in Delmar, NEW YORK in a putrid attempt to tie himself to the heros in the FDNY on 9/11. I was disgusted, but the Donahue crowd just lapped it up.

I don't know about you, but I've never heard of a secret prosecution. I've heard of deferred prosecution, so that if someone complies with whatever terms the judge imposes for a certain length of time, the charges are dismissed. But I'd like to know what special privileges Ritter warranted to get a secret prosecution for being a pervert.
