"No, we had no anthrax attacks."

Five people died from those attacks.

With the possible exception of Bob Stevens, all the deaths were accidental, when highly refined anthrax spores seeped through the pores in the threatening letters as they passed through mail sorting machinery. I say with the possible exception of Bob Stevens, because the government has decided the public is better off not knowing the nature of the two anthrax-bearing letters received at AMI. I wonder why?

Is that a trick question?! One would presume that the "why" has to do with a potential evidenciary link back to a state sponsor, something that would need to be kept quiet until the release of that information would no longer endanger our retaliatory plans...

No trick question. And I agree with the inference...or at least, it's not too far from the mark. More precisely, it is likely that revelation of the nature of those letters would undermine the objective of keeping the issue of state authorship of 9/11 unresolved in the public mind. In this regard, it is interesting that, in the run up to Bush's UN speech, the FBI suddenly and inexplicably launched a renewed search of the AMI building. At the time, the news media reported that the aim of the search was to locate those letters, and that the search was scheduled to conclude on September 11, 2002. If you were watching closely what else was happening at that time, it wasn't too hard to figure who the intended audience was for that piece of theatrics. It was a clever bluff, but it didn't work, unfortunately. Saddam didn't bat an eyelid.

There's lots' that differentiates 'me' from 'you' pal.

And I don't consider being able to fly an aircraft straight and level to a designated point 'training'.

But, considering who you work for, it's not suprising that you do.

"It takes more skill than that, honey..."

What the hell is scalding your butt, Bozo? I referred to you by your screen name. Why do you feel the need to respond with insulting condescension?

Was it because you didn't have a good response to my question, clown?

ALL are isolated incidents save Bali. Israel has had HER OWN PRBOBLEMS with her *own* particular group of terrorists - THIS IS NOT NEW.

There *IS* no common thread in EACH of these incidents save for the radicals in Bali and perhaps the French tanker attack, BUT, these were NOT in our country.

Are ALL you people this dense?

(Yes)

I CLEARLY stated "TERRORIST EVENTS IN THIS COUNTRY" - did I not?

AGAIN you fail to make your case with proper amd convincing evidence.

Go fish.

Oy yeah -

- I can also ask:

"How many sacred holidays have we had disrupted in this country because of terrorist acts?" and the resonding answer would be:

*none*.

I can also ask:

"Has our way of life been disrupted to the point where we can't live our lives?" and the answer would be a profound

No.
So WHY do you continuely insist that hordes of invaders have poured though our borders and wait in the darkness for the *right* moment to strike -

- while each day:

1) more of the international terrorist networks are analyzed, disected, and pulled apart effectively neutralizing them/wiping them out.

2) Law Enforcement becomes better equipped, better trained, better informed on how to deal with the miniscule threats these dwindling, marked-for-extinction groups TRY their best to represent on paper.

Do you NOT have your eyes and yours open?

Have you been living on an isolated island in the Pacifc for the past couple of years?

I've never said such nonsense.

Pay attention.

I said that the terrorists would continue to make attempts on us here in the U.S., and I also said that those attacks would amount to nothing in the grand scheme of things.

I always get a laugh out of those that think Cal is unarmed....Hehehehe....

it's not that we think you're unarmed Joe; we just think y'all are largely candya$$es. If you had as much pull as you think, you wouldn't have the draconian legislature you have. I have no doubt you'll do fine, but your neighbors are FTD.

"HOW MANY TERRORIST EVENTS HAVE WE HAD IN THIS COUNTRY SINCE 9/11 ... ZERO..."

Post 9/11 we've had a number of Anthrax attacks.

We've had one kid planting pipe bombs in mailboxes as he drove around the heartland in a smiley-face pattern.

We've had two suspicious jet crashes.

We've had two snipers in the D.C. area. FYI: those Islamic snipers insisted that a message be read on the air by the DC police, said message saying caught "Like A Duck In a Noose" (L,A,D,Ia,N = Ladin=Bin Ladin).

We've had a tiny blip increase in the number and frequency of train derailments.

We've had a series of cruise ships hit with a bio-agent.

We've had at least two suicide pilots fly small aircraft into bank buildings in Florida (Orlando and Tampa, if I remember correctly). FYI: both pilots wrote suicide notes naming Bin Ladin as their inspiration.

They've hit a French oil tanker with a suicide raft.

They've fired a couple of missiles at an Israeli passenger aircraft (and suicide-bombed a hotel in Africa).

They've killed scores of Australians in a nightclub bombing in Bali. FYI: This was linked directly to Bin Ladin.

We've stopped one Islamic suicide bomber from blowing up one of our jets (AKA Richard Reid) with C4 shaped into the sole of his shoe (i.e. the shoe-bomber).

We've caught one Muslim bomber trying to set off a radioactive conventional bomb (AKA the "dirty bomber").

It's not that they haven't tried more attacks, it's just that they really don't have the capacity to inflict much widespread harm (fear, sure, but real damage, no).

Now, this time around, pay attention to that last point. In fact, I'll repeat it for you since you seemed to miss it above: It's not that they haven't tried more attacks, it's just that they really don't have the capacity to inflict much widespread harm (fear, sure, but real damage, no).

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) - A statement attributed to al-Qaida threatened more attacks in New York and Washington unless America stops supporting Israel and converts to Islam, an Arab TV reporter who received the unsigned document said Saturday.

Yosri Fouda, correspondent for the satellite station Al-Jazeera, told The Associated Press he received the six-page document on Wednesday. That was a day after the TV station broadcast an audiotape purportedly made by Osama bin Laden.

Fouda, who is known for good contacts within al-Qaida, would only say that the statement came from his sources with the group. But he insisted he was certain it came from the terrorist movement's leadership.

Fouda, speaking by telephone from London, said the statement called on Americans to stop supporting Israel and other governments that "oppress" Muslims or face more attacks. The statement also called on Americans to convert to Islam, he said.

Fouda quoted the statement as saying: "Stop your support for Israel against the Palestinians, for Russians against the Chechens ... for corrupt leaders in our countries ... (and) leave us alone or expect us in Washington and New York."

He added the statement demanded U.S. troops leave the Arabian Peninsula, and justified the killings of American civilians because they pay taxes that finance military operations.

There was no immediate reaction from Washington. No officials were available for comment at the Pentagon or the National Security Council Saturday afternoon. A report on the statement as described by Fouda was carried in The Sunday Times of London.

Fouda is a prominent Arab television journalist who has broken several important stories about al-Qaida. In September, Al-Jazeera broadcast Fouda's interviews with two top al-Qaida operatives hiding in Pakistan, Ramzi Binalshibh and Khaled Sheik Mohammed.

Binalshibh was arrested in Karachi, Pakistan, shortly after the broadcast and was transferred to U.S. custody.

Fouda said the statement also referred to the crisis between the United States and Iraq as one more reason to attack Americans.

"You are placing Muslims under siege in Iraq, where children die every day. Oh, how weird that you don't care for 1.5 million Iraqi children who died under siege, but when 3,000 of your compatriots died, the whole world was shaken," Fouda quoted the statement as saying.

Meanwhile, a militant Islamic Web site that carries news about al-Qaida has dismissed as lies a report that a senior member of the terror group is in U.S. custody.

U.S. officials in Washington said Friday that one of the leaders of al-Qaida had been detained in a foreign country and handed over to U.S. authorities.

The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, declined to identify the detainee, but said he was not al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden, his chief depity, his son or the suspected mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks.

The site scoffed at the U.S. officials' refusal to name the detainee. "Maybe they fear to announce a certain name, and al-Qaida would issue a denial so their (the U.S.) situation would become worse," it said.

All hell will break out soon.It has been known for decades that the people of the USA will not play the "game" the same way the europeans did.

Hell is soon to be unleashed. The choice was made long ago, the extent of chaos is the only true subject of debate.

Yeah we were really effective against the Washington snipers who, I believe, would still be killing people off, one by one, if they had not called the police themselves. .</sarcasm>

I'm not directing this at sarasmom but at everyone else out there (like me) who have Red Dawn fantasies and just want to kick a little terrorist a$$. If "Hell" and "Chaos" is the cure, we should prefer the disease. Let's hope the fight stays on enemy turf, and if it doesn't, lets support our trained and ordained enforcement authorities and try to leave the action to them.

That's no problem bro, as we think most of you in Florida are moronic jackasses, that made a mockery of the last Presidential elections. So stupid that many could not figure out how, or who to freaking vote for. We got quite a kick out of you folks in florida starring at voter ballots with magnifying glasses for weeks on end....Hehehe

As far as candy a$$es, we are home to the biggest, meanest nastiest, riots, were even the ol brown boot LAPD got their butts kick but good, home to the biggest nastiest bank robberies, home to the highest number of outlawed biker gangs, street gangs etc. and home of the Raiders I might add.

California is also home to the more privately held weapons, than *any* state or any region on earth. My suggestion is to keep your butt parked in sticky, white bread Florida, where the land is flat and safe, and your biggest threat is running into a voting protest or a boat load of Cubans.

See you at the SuperBowl......
