Bush Country just received the following email from a soldier who will (within days) be deployed to the Middle East. Please read these comments and forward to others. Having been a U.S. Army Ranger, I know exactly where he is coming from. Anti-War liberals need to realize who provides the liberties they daily enjoy trampling on. Our hats are off to Cpl Christian Wuellner and the tens of thousands of men and women defending our freedom against tyranny. May God bless America's war against evil. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I just ran across this website and just had to send an e-mail. My grandmother once said that if satan was a Republican, and Jesus was a democrat, that going to hell was the best thing for her. As the nation goes through the turmoil of prospects of war, shaky economy, and the tens of thousands of protestors who are marching without a cause. I am an active duty US Marine, and yes i am getting deployed out in a couple of weeks. it makes me sick to my stomach that these people are actually protesting the possibilities of war. It is funny how they were all in agreement with the rest of us when Pres. Bush said in his speech shortly after 9/11 that he will seek out any nation who supports the terrorists in any way shape or form. They were at the candlelight vigils, shedding a tear along with the rest of us for those who died. It is apparent these people without a cause forgot about 9/11, forgot about the troops going over to Afghanistan to seek out those who tried to destroy the freedom we have. They forgot the true meaning of being an American. I believe these people still would not get it if a nuclear bomb landed in the U.S., and wiped out a major city. All they would do is cry and blame Bush or blame Republicans, the ones who will never forget what being an American is all about. As I deploy out to fight in this war, I wish for us all to sit back and realize what this war is truly about, it is not the oil, it is not a personal vendetta, and definitely not a fight to see who has the biggest military. It is a fight to rid the world of a power that tempts the freedom of us all, a power that will never play by the rules, a power that is too big of a coward to show his face. ok.. a little fired up.. just watched "Sands of Iwo Jima" the other night.. LOL
I believe he is correct. I don't think peaceniks and their leaders really want a "United States of America". I think they would be happy if we were nuked or diseased to death. I think that's their goal. They want us to be losers. They want us to walk away from fighting for our very survival as a people.
