I still look for Hillary in '08, especially as polls continue to show Bush to be popular. If he stays on top, and I believe he will, then no democrat would be able to defeat him. Hillary has one shot at, just like Al Bore, and she will take her shot, only when she has the best chance of winning.

Watch for cannon foder to be sent up against Bush in '04. Someone the Clinton's might fear more in Dim's primaries in '08. Someone like John Kerry, or Edwards.

If Hillary ever becomes President, I might join Babs in exile.

While I do hope and pray you are right, I do believe we commit a grave mistake by assumeing GWB is a shooin in '04. History, at least over the past century, shows that the movement of the economy, in particular the stock markets, in an election year determines which party wins the White House.

For that reason, I pretty much ignore polls, esp. at this stage. Also, I really don't want to see the Beast with the Rat nomination because it's entirely possible, again depending on the economy, that she could win.
