Al Gore shouldn't have invented the Internet, because that is what is finally bringing truth to the American people.

yeah, just like rosie, we can't have guns to protect ourselves, but her body guard runs around with sub-machineguns.

You just get it. As Rosie herself explained, it doesn't count against her, if her bodyguards carry. Those are THEIR guns, not hers. Got it?

Thanks for the ping. Those people think they have a stranglehold on America, but they've got another think coming.

Thanks -- I'll have to start frequenting it. I spend such an inordinate amount of time these days at the NYT, reading bad arguments and phony "facts," just to see what the bad guys are up to, that I often fail to get around to reading good newspapers.

"...America will not accept a serious and mounting
threat to our country,
our friends and allies.
...We seek peace.
We strive for peace.
And sometimes peace must be defended.
A future lived at the mercy of terrible threats
is no peace at all.
If war is forced upon us,
wew will fight in a just cause
and by just means -- sparing,
in every way we can, the innocent.
And if war is forced upon us,
we will fight with the full force and might
of the United States military --
And we will prevail.

President George W. Bush--January 28, 3002--State of the Union Speech

That must have been Bush's great-great-great-great (add another 30 "greats") grandson.

Sure thing. I feel like I'm choking, but I'm fighting, as best I can.

NEVER FORGET

...Most importantly, WHY was HILLARY RODHAM just quietly given a seat on our most secret Senate Armed Service Committee just 9 days ago in -Time of War-..?

...A HILLARY RODHAM that did all that she could to ensure her Friend HO CHI MINH's Communist Victory over Freedom and US in a once Free South Vietnam long, long, ago,

...now overseas our deepest Military Secret Operations and their Budgets

...I ask you ..."Is it SAFE, with an Enemy that is now just around the corner and up your street...?"

NEVER FORGET

NEVER FORGET

...An always Complicit CHELSEA CLINTON swiftly taken out of country to OXFORD University =

...An always ready BILL CLINTON now pushing to become the new Chancellor of OXFORD University, replacing a now suddenly dead one, so that he can follow TONY BLAIR as Head of the Labour Party and then run for British Prime Minister of an England that does not require he be born there to rule it.

...With HILLARY RODHAM now also pushing to become President of the United States on this side of the Atlantic in 2004...

...can the Extinction of our own Freedom, just like the Freedom of a once Free South Vietnam long ago, be very far behind...?

"seeking pure partisan advantage, and displaying dubious loyalties"

I can hardly wait to get Ann Coulter's book "Treason" - I am sure she will AGAIN take the Times to task.

I also noticed this statement: "the Democrat/media mischief campaign" - it really makes you mad when you think the media and the dems are just waging mischief while we are trying to gear our country for war.

A MAN OF GOD
President Bush knows that the ENEMY is near!

President Bush acknowledged that the threats of the 20th Century have been REBORN in our time!

Note that the reference to "Hitlerism" is followed by the statement that the "Ideology of domination has appeared again."

Reborn in the name of "Hillaryism", perhaps?

from the text..

"This threat is new; America's duty is familiar. Throughout the 20th century, small groups of men seized control of great nations, built armies and arsenals and set out to dominate the weak and intimidate the world. In each case, their ambitions of cruelty and murder had no limit. In each case, the ambitions of Hitlerism, militarism and communism were defeated by the will of free peoples, by the strength of great alliances, and by the might of the United States of America. Now, in this century, the ideology of power and domination has appeared again and seeks to gain the ultimate weapons of terror. Once again, this nation and all our friends are all that stand between a world at peace and a world of chaos and constant alarm. Once again, we are called to defend the safety of our people and the hopes of all mankind. And we accept this responsibility."

paragraph 30 from the end

You're welcome!

We need to hit 'em where it hurts. Did you ever do a net search re. trees or the energy used to put out a major newspaper? With all of the envirals inspecting all human activity - there's very little written about the environmental impact of daily newspapers.

I did read, in my nephew's "Where's Waldo?", that it took one tree to make 40 papers. What about the forests razed to keep the NY Times in print....not to mention the energy used to run the printing presses? Where's the Sierra Club? Why isn't the Green Party picketing in front of these big city papers? Hmmm? (^;

Same here. William McGowan also does a terrific job in his book, Coloring the News: How Crusading for Diversity Has Corrupted American Journalism, of showing how the Times systematically misrepresents reality, especially in matters of race, sex (stories on women and gays), and immigration.

Thanks for the tip on the book.

I find it interesting that since "Bias" and "Slander" came out, there are a lot more books coming out about the slant of the media - FINALLY!!

The liberals cannot hide their message any more - and this is why the public is turning them off.
