Woman apparently accidentally shot during sex

EPSOM, N.H. (AP) A 19-year-old woman accidentally was shot in the head by her boyfriend while they were having sex, court document say. The woman, Sarah Pickard, was in serious condition at Concord Hospital.

The boyfriend, Keith Levesque, 25, was charged with second-degree assault, and was released on $50,000 personal recognizance bail. If convicted, he could be sentenced to up to seven years in prison.

He called 911 after the shooting Thursday night at his apartment, and when police arrived he was holding a cloth to her head while she was laying next to the bed, talking to the 911 operator.

The police affidavit filed in Concord District Court said Picard was shot in his third-floor apartment after asking Levesque to hold a gun to her head during intercourse.

Levesque told police he cocked the gun a .357 magnum revolver and it fired, the affidavit said. ''He ... indicated (to the police) that he knew the gun was loaded, that guns were dangerous, and that he could have killed her,'' the affidavit said.

Picard and Levesque told police he had held a gun to her head during sex on other occasions, the affidavit said. Police said they found a bullet hole in a pillow on the bed and a hole in the wall behind it.

In setting bail, Concord District Court Judge Arthur Robbins indicated he did not believe Levesque was a flight risk or a threat to public safety. Levesque has no criminal record.

Epsom police, state police, the attorney general's office and the Merrimack County attorney's office were investigating the case.

LOL!!! Someone watched that episode of The Sopranos where that psychopath and Tony's sister have sex as he points a loaded gun to her head to get off and this guy has to make a real life twist on it. I feel sorry for him that he had to accomodate a girlfriend crazier than he is. Now that is a fetish most people don't add to their making out every day for sure.
