This pics looks like a (poorly) photoshop-ed fake. That "wing" has features that do not corespond to the wing of the shuttle. One other point: The shuttle 'flies' TOP toward Earth... a view of the wing 'DOWN' from the 'window' would show only space in the background, not the Earth. Additionally, the curvature of the Earth is far too great for the altitude the shuttle was orbiting!
HOAX! And in bad taste.
