Why is no one in that family pursuing the issue? I'd either be satisfied with the explanation or totally pissed.
No one seems pissed so.....

I have long believed that you can figure out an awful lot about whether a crime has been committed or a suicide has occured simply by launching a serious investigation and watching the SUSPECTS REACTIONS verrrrrrry carefully.
Imagine, if Ashcroft were to say, "Boys, investigate it like it just happened & don't overlook anything," then put "shoot to kill" security orders around every phase of the investigation.
How would INNOCENT SUSPECTS react to such news? How would GUILTY SUSPECTS react? How do you suppose Slick and Hitlery would react to it?

Accepting that Foster committed suicide is like accepting the Warren Commission report on Kennedy's death.

Yep....and I especially love the "magic" bullet theory where a bullet can actually turn itself around and head the other way....!

It's been ten years and still no answers.

from the link:
the facts of the case show that a Park Police officer attempted to conceal the small caliber bullet hole in the neck by turning the head so as to cover the wound with blood.
maybe somebody who was actually at that scene could clarify this for us?

I was at the Park, but not at the scene of the crime when it happened. I doubt anyone could on FR could verify that since it is SOP for the cops to control the scene and keep the media out.

I was at the Park, but not at the scene of the crime when it happened. Huh?

Sorry. I have visited Fort Marcy Park in the past is all I was trying to say.

In light of recent events, I think the fact that Foster's body was near the Arab embassy, is a little symbolic. Since you were there, is that true? Is it close to the Arab embassy?
To: rubbertramp
Yes, I believe that is true. It was a foreign embassy within sight of FMP and Foster's dumped (I mean found) body.
