I have a question for the military experts here--

We have looked at the phases of the moon to determine when the best night for looking the attack is. Last time, for example, we started the Gulf War on a moonless night. My question is, do we have to wait for a moonless night, or can we wait for a night when the moon sets at, say 12am, and start the bombing then? Or is it still lighter than we like even after the moon has set?

I don't think I can wait til the next moonless night, in March. All the Kennedy/Daschle/France talk is driving me crazy. Let's roll!!
