Yep. The only place I'm getting it is MSNBC. The idiots at the local High School control the NASA-TV channel and one of them left the switch in the wrong place.

There just wasn't any damage visible at the resolution they have to work with, there was not an obvious scuff.
Dammit! - They cut away! They can ramble and talk to each other 24 hours a day, but when the real newsmakers are on they flippin' cut AWAY!

You might consider investing in a C Band dish.
Am sitting here watching NASA TV without any cutting away, split windows etc.
