Does KY still have an "intangible" tax on out-of-state investments? How can they make sure this is collected? They tried to collect this tax from me even after I moved from KY to TX in 1988. People in KY will tax you out of the state. That's what they did to Daniel Boone in a sense -- took away his land claims.
