Blix wants the "Iraqi legislature" to outlaw WMD? Oh, thats a hoot. I suppose the Chief of Police in Bagdad will be enforcing that law. I laughed when I saw that too. Saddam's police and rubber stamp Ba'ath Party legislature does whatever Saddam wants -- or they die.
