Yeah my competition IDPA/CHL carry gun is my 1911 and or the HiPower so either or I am comfy with. I swapped last friday when we went to citrus versus banana mode........Threat is low here in Poohville but it makes me feel like I'm doing my part now that Uncle Sugar put me out to pasture.

I have gone with 2.45 acp's with 3 ten round and two eight round magazines. As a backup I am carrying a CZ-75 9mm (ankle holster). I figure if there aretwo jams that are slow to clear at least I have something:^)

There's a great scene in the film "The Big Easy". John Goodman plays a New Orleans cop, and at one point he's asked to surrender his weapons before he enters a room.
