Well is it, or isn't it? Dang, I am hoping the Dems will make fools of themselves. (Not too hard to do.) In a filibuster, doesn't the party with the floor only yield to members of their own party? Hatch is speaking now-- why doesn't he just call for a vote?

And if they do filibuster, how long will they have to go? When is the next recess?

C'mon dammit! I want a filibuster! And a live thread here so we can make sport of them!
