[history]
This photo, posted in a police station house, shows how terrorists could use an ordinary briefcase to make a bomb detonated by a cell phone.
February 12, 2003 -- Here's a chilling look inside an explosives-rigged briefcase - just like the kind city cops are on the lookout for under the latest terror alert.

It's what a businessman would lug, yes, but also what a street vendor of fake Rolexes and "Gucci" ties would carry (a type of individual much more likely to meet the other qualifications for being a bomber).

Remember when Cong. Dan Burton was making a concerted effort during the latter years of the Clinton hostage of America to make the American people aware of these suitcase bombs? Do you remember how the media Leftists and the Clinton administration ridiculed Cong. Burton with such malice? Look who is having the last laugh now.

Does anyone seriously believe that LEOs are actually going to be able to protect the average citizen from brief cases, light bulbs, aerosol cans, soda bottles, fire extinguishers or anything else that terrorists may have loaded with
Sarin gas?
This is just too absurd.

Much like when I was in Saigon way back when, we will have to watch for anyone who walks away from a briefcase, bicycle, shopping bag, mayonnaise jar

Look who is having the last laugh now.I believe that Burton was referring to suitcase nukes, which were supposedly left inside the US by the KGB.
Think about it...would YOU leave a nuclear (or nuk-YOO-leer) device where Vern and Earl could conceivably dig it up?

Would Sarin gas kill a canary fast enough to give a human enough warning to put on their gas mask?
Could wearing a canary in a small cage become fashionable in the near future?
Sounds like an investment opportunity.
Hmmm, Disney has the rights to Warner Bros. 'Tweetie Pie" logo and if we were real quick in snatching up those canary futures..., hmmm.

Would Sarin gas kill a canary fast enough to give a human enough warning to put on their gas maskNo. Sarin is absorbed through the skin as well as the lungs - just slower.
