Someone from Brookings is saying that Blix is going to go in all directions with his report -- rockets are a violation and should be destroyed maybe!

Inspectors are not there to find WMD's but to disarm Saddam. John Scott seems to be unable to comprehend why the French, etc. don't get it.

UN Article about containment -- doesn't work! According to Brookings. Saddam is avoiding sanctions that he can spend on importing capabilities of WMD.

The original plan was for the US/UK to ask for a resolution to use force on Saturday but my guess would be that is getting shelved with these three countries coming out saying they will veto!

I have to agree with Bibi. I'd rather have the 50 nations onboard who want to come, than compromise to get one country who doesn't.

This is not the time for compromise. And I don't want the mission to be halted short of its objectives because of outraged French sensibilities or German pride.
