You see jackass Charac wants to be the King of the EU and Tony Blair was getting too much Press as a leader, so the main cheese eating surrender monkey decided to cause a lot of trouble for Blair.....it doesn't affect us because we're going in on the 1-3 of march

This is actually a good thing because Chirac has made the UN totally irrelevant and now we can just move when ready. There is no longer any reason to seek UN approval.
