The interesting thing, from a legal standpoint, is that a kidnapping by the FBI in a foreign country is probably illegal under the foreign country's laws, but it's no defense for the person kidnapped and returned here for trial.
As long as the person kidnapped by the FBI is an American citizen, foreign countries don't generally raise a fuss.

Just hope that the locals here don't make you "how shall we say, available" for criticizing the Canadian government, violating British gun laws, breaking Germany's environmental laws, etc.
