I'm wondering if there are any plans in the making for a counterprotest on March 15 in DC. ANSWER is planning an "emergency anti-war protest" at the White House.

I suspect most folks will be glued to their TVs.

First of all, you're too late - it was March 1st. Second, it was not a "counter protest"; It was a rally to support our troops and our President and to protest against a terrorist dictator who has killed literally thousands of his people.

I know there was one on March 1st. I'm asking if there will be a counterprotest on March 15th. ANSWER is planning an "emergency anti-war protest" for March 15th. They are calling it a march to the White House. I would happily participate in a counterprotest and I know plenty of other people who would too.

Thanks a lot! I never even knew this existed! I'm a senior in high school and I'm the president of the Teenage republicans at my school. I'll be heading out to Boulder, Colorado to go to the University of Colorado next year and I can't wait to give em' hell out there! My friends and I have always wanted to go into DC during these anti-war protests but we've never really gotten organized enough. We never knew there was an actual group that was organized who agreed with our thoughts. It's great to be here!

If you go to the first page of this website and scroll down, you will find a clickable. There is one called "Find a Rally" (I think! lol!) If you check there, you might find one close to you. I'll be going to a (hopefully) large one in Pittsburgh on Saturday.
This is a wonderful site. It's a place that gives voice to all of us - old and young - who are so sick of the liberal media and its lies - and liberalism, in general. Our members are varied in color, religion and nationality. If you want 'diversity' - it's here! The thing that ties most of us together here is a fervent love of our country and it's gifts of freedom and a recognition of how blessed we are to have been born in such a place. Conservatives who are members from other countries, such as Canada and Great Britain, have sister websites to ours and are concerned about many of the same issues as we are, in their own countries. Right now, Canada is fighting a new gun-registration law.
Again, welcome to Free Republic. And thanks for taking a stand for our troops! They are the ones who keep us free!
