Barron is the same man that said whenever he sees a white man on the street, he wants to go up and slap him. He also said if they don't get slave reparations, they will march on city hall and "take their money". When called on these statements, he said as a black man he can say them because they are "hyperbole", but if a white man said them he was guilty of a hate crime.

The fact that this total, complete, racist can get elected is just plain sad. He should be marginalized, not given a platform. I think he should be charged with hate crimes for saying what he does. I wish Peyser had put a few of these quotes in her article.

We probably won't have a city left for people to even name any streets. Kudos to Andrea for grasping what President Bush's critics still don't get, is there is evil in the world and it has killed Americans and it will kill still more unless its stopped. Hardly far from "archaic" and I dare say Alan Gerson should go back and reread the Torah.
