I'm not too sure about that. I remember a year (or two, or three) ago Rush dropped that song from his Bump music over permissions or something for about a week, then he had it back and explained that he (or an agent) talked to her and she gave him permission to use it. No doubt Rush and her are from two different planets, but hey, free advertising, and I bet she sold more than one album because of it.
