Arkansas Senator Mark Pryor Blocking Estrada Vote
Focus on Freedom ^
Posted on 03/14/2003 8:40:11 PM PST by steplock
Two key U.S. Senators - Sen. Mark Pryor (AR), and Sen. Evan Bayh (IN) - Write them and ask them to stop blocking the Senate from even taking a vote on the nominees. We are not asking that they vote FOR a nominee, only that the Senate be allowed to vote.
Open Letter to Senator Marc Pryor
Date Friday, March 14 @ 20:27:16
Topic What Stinks?
Dear Senator Pryor:
Im asking that you stop blocking the Senate from voting on federal judges. Im not asking that you vote for or against a nominee, simply that you vote to allow a vote to be taken. It is not proper for an unseasoned senator like yourself to be engaged in such unethical parliamentary procedures.
Thank you for allowing the Senate to vote and the true democratic process to work.

Dear Sen. Pryor,
Stop acting like a jerk and, at least, give Estrada a VOTE!!! Put your VOTE where your mouth is and put it on the RECORD so that the voters of Arkansas can decide for themselves whether you are truly representing them in Washington or the SPECIAL INTEREST groups like NARAL, People for the American Way(HA!), moron Ralph Neas, Hollywood Elite and others the next time you are up for re-election.
If this is all that's left of the Democratic Party(ABORTION) I'm rather sick of it. With Mrs. Bill Clinton aka HILLARY leading the pack of thugs trying to trash this man's reputation is sickening!
Are you all afraid that if ABORTION isn't legal that all the babes that Bill Clinton gets won't have a solution to unwanted pregnancies? DUH! Get HILLARY to keep "her husband" at HOME instead of cruising for babes. Maybe then she wouldn't have time to run my families' life instead of her own!!!

Their white elitism is showing.
This new anti-Hispanic movement on the left is not getting enough media air time.
To: steplock
PS -- they're ditzing both the Jews and Hispanics now.
To: kcvl
Oh yeah, that'll convince him. NOT!
You're dealing with a RAT. Get over it. The only way this gets past the RATs is if the Republicians force this nomination process down the RAT's throats. Does anyone truly believe the PUBs have it in them?

Not the only two, but they are 'key' since they would problably the easier to 'motivate' back into the legal methods of the senate.
Others such as kennedy, et al, are a lost cause to decency.

I hold that dang Arkansas Senator who couldn't hold that seat responsible for one of these. Pryor should never have won that seat, and that idiot(Help me on the name) gave it away because of some personal issues, if I remember right. In fact, I remember Freepers from Arkansas mentioning this type of thing would happen, and expressing much frustration.
Elections have consequences.

Sen. Pryor voted to ban partial-birth abortion. Blocking the confirmation of Miguel Estrada is Pryor's way of redeeming himself to his RAT masters.

Tell that to the morons who thought Hutchinson was the worst thing that could have happened to Arkansas since Bill Clinton. They are so damn stupid when the left keeps using morals against Republicans and Democrats get a pass. They will NEVER learn.

I'd say a little fraud helped also. Clinton had it for ...what's his name Tim Hutchinson?? or was it his brother, because he voted to get rid of Clinton. He was tops on Clinton's hit list.

REPLY FROM THE OFFICE OF SENATOR MARK PRYOR:
Dear Suckers,
I vote with the extremist left-wing leadership in my party. The "moderate" persona is an act we DemocRATs south of the Mason-Dixon line use to fool you guys into voting for us. Works every time. That's what you get for punishing Tim Hutchison for an extramarital affair despite giving our guy Clinton a free pass for two decades.
Ha ha ha.
Pretentiously yours,
Mark L. Pryor
U.S. Senator

That sounds like a conversation that Pryor had with Hillary right after his election where she donated some of HER PAC money to get him elected.

This kind of goes along with that old favorite: "We'll let the RATS win, and that'll teach them a lesson" Yeah, that works.(not)
BTW, How solid is Pryor in Arkansas? Got a nice contender coming up anytime soon?
