Included in Thursday's charges are
failure to obtain a required business license,
failure to get a conditional-use permit required for recreational vehicle sales and rentals,
failure to build a 6- foot masonry wall between his business and neighboring buildings and
failing to maintain a front yard of not less than 15 feet on the property.

The woman assaulting the lady who built the memorial was Mexican.

Fokes I was standing right there behind Tracy (lady who built/maintains the memorial) when anti war girl shown up

Yeah, it really sucks, as it's one of the few communities in America where the neighbors actually put up, and supported a neighborhood memorial to the 911 victims for 18 months now. You bet, Beck_isright, it's full of fags and America haters.

You are 100% correct. All those codes and permits apply to commercial activities ... signage, etc. These La Habra bureaucrats are just looking for a way out. Their Police Department screwed up big time when they let vandals destroy an improptu memorial.
