That was after the E-bomb, probably an alternate transmitter than was not near the E-bomb. Off the air after the station, that is production facilities, was hit latter in the night. At least that's how I read the mass of confusing reports.

I seriously doubt there was any so-called e-bomb. It would have been the wrong weapon to have used against a multi-kilowatt transmitter anyway.

Besides, are the much more sensitive Baghdad TV cams still working?

I think there were 2 bombs.

Fox still hasn't reported this. We're only hearing it from CBS.

If we used e-bomb, it would disable all gadgets and generators and transformers for about a square mile. That might include hospitals and power substations. Probably would in the heart of Baghdad.

I want to hear it from the Pentagon or Franks. Also, for the record, the e-bomb is still in alpha stage. And we only had the one MOAB. So don't count on seeing either weapon in the current conflict. There is a chance we might see one or two MOAB's if they really rush their production or shipment but I wouldn't count on it.

I certainly agree. I was just wondering what the rationale was. I heard on Fox that it was Bush's decision and the delay was because civilians were in the building. Hopefully, there weren't very many that early in the morning there.

On the left hook; how about carpet bombing the RG with MOAB's?
I think we've got to bomb them relentlessly before we hit that line.
