I am unwilling to make a connection, but with the CDC refusing to consider as cases those which have no obvious origin in far east travel, I'm getting annoyed.

The whole thing worries me... like West Nile, there is some possibility that it is being used as a test case for how a disease agent is vectored across the world and into other countries.
