Do I understand correctly that the forged documents were obtained after the documents that David Blair found?
So Galloway had the forgeries made and made sure that they were publicized, he allows a bit of time to pass, and then they're discovered to be forgeries, casting doubt in the public's minds on Blair's genuine documents.
