Cartainly you are correct....it does irk me when peeople like Tim Robbins and Natalie Maines claim their "Freedom of Speech" has been infringed....when, in the Constitutional sense, it most certainly has not.

However, this action by the William Morris Agency does at least prove that Hollywierd uses its might/resources to silence dissent....which is the very same thing Robbins and Maines complains patriotic Americans are doing to them.

I am not upset by the actions of the William Morris agency at all....I just get miffed at Hollyweirdos when they complain about ordinary Americans doing the exact same thing.

You are right. More importantly, they are the sworn enemies of the United States.

This is kinda like radio stations taking the DC off their play lists, and infringing on the rights of listeners.

Sorry, but you are dead wrong. This is ABSOLUTELY a violation of Free Speech and a violation of the First Amendment rights of those who protest the Hollywood Left.

Lame, lame, lame. If I wanted unsupported assertions in the cause of unthinking self-righteousness, I would be posting over in DUh. Check out Timesink's post in message number 28 if you want to see how it's done.

Hollywood 1943 vs. Hollywood 2003

The Entertainers of 2003 have been in all of the news media lately. It seems News Paper, Television and Radio has been more than ready to put them and their so-called peace message before the public. Below is a list of what the entertainers of 1943 were doing, (60 years ago). Most of those brave men have since passed on.

The Entertainers of 1943: Alec Guinness (Star Wars) operated a British Royal Navy landing craft on D-Day.

James Doohan ("Scotty" on Star Trek) landed in Normandy with the U.S. Army on D-Day.

Donald Pleasance (The Great Escape) really was a R.A.F. pilot who was shot down, held prisoner and tortured by the Germans.

David Niven was a Sandhurst graduate and Lt. Colonel of the British Commandos in Normandy.

James Stewart volunteered - refused to accept a commission unless he earned it. He entered into the Army as a private and not only earned his stripes through service, but was commissioned an officer and pilot. He flew 20 missions as a B-24 pilot in Europe. After the war he continued to fly for the USAF Reserves and retired a Brigadier General.

Clark Gable (Mega-Movie Star when war broke out) was a waist gunner flying missions on a B-17 in Europe.

Charlton Heston was an Army Air Corps Sergeant in Kodiak.

Earnest Borgnine was a U.S. Navy Gunners Mate 1935-1945.

Charles Durning was a U.S. Army Ranger at Normandy.

Charles Bronson was a tail gunner in the Army Air Corps.

George C. Scott was a U.S. Marine (Scott earned an Academy Award by playing General George Patton with perfection).

Eddie Albert (Green Acres TV) was awarded a Bronze Star for his heroic action as a U.S. Naval officer aiding Marines at the horrific battle on the island of Tarawa in the Pacific Nov.1943.

Brian Keith served as a Marine rear gunner in several actions against the Japanese on Rabal in the Pacific.

Lee Marvin was a marine on Saipan when he was wounded.

John Russell was a Marine on Guadalcanal.

Robert Ryan was a U.S. Marine who served with the O.S.S. in Yugoslavia.

Tyrone Power (an established movie star when Pearl Harbor was bombed) joined the Marines, was a pilot flying supplies into, and wounded Marines out of Iwo Jima and Okinawa.

Audie Murphy was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his actions and bravery in battle and became the most Decorated serviceman of WWII.

The Entertainers of 2003:

Martin Sheen whines about paying the price for his anti-war views.

The Dixie Chicks speak on foreign soil saying their ashamed of the President.

Madona makes a video where she throws a hand grenade at our president and then thanks France for their anti-war stance. She then says when she's in Paris she "feels at home."

Sean Penn tours Iraq on a fact finding tour and says he doesn't see anything warranting US "agression" against the peace loving people of Iraq.

Mike Farrell whines about an "illegal" US war (even though 17 UN resolutions, Iraq violating the terms of of the cease fire from Gulf War 1, a Congressional resolution all gave the US the authority to do so) ...

Actor David Clennon calls our Administration Nazi-like. (Mr. Clennon, please talk to Donald Pleasance)

Janeanne Garafalo feels proud when the US flag is burned.

And George Clooney makes fun of (former WWII Vet) Charleton Heston's Azheimers suffering.

Michael Moore bravely denounces the President on National Television while the crowd boos him off stage.

And of course, the queen bee herself, HANOI JANE FONDA who, during the Vietnam War, posed on an anti-aircraft battery in Hanoi while she pretended to SHOOT DOWN AMERICAN PLANES.

My goodness, how a half century can change ...
