Washington, May 14 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. ambassador to Saudi Arabia said the country failed to boost security at housing compounds prior to deadly bombings late Monday, attacks that prompted the kingdom's leader to warn he wouldn't tolerate threats to his rule.
