It happened because of 'Rat gerrymandering of the legislature and a dreadful campaign by Steve "Let's Send Elian Back To Castro" Largent. The state can't indefinitely remain 'Rat and will probably turn GOP sooner rather than later. Henry keeps acting like an a$$hole, and he will definitely be needing to find a new line of work come January 2007.
