Castro’s black prison population is at a staggering 80 percent.

But what percentage of Cuba's population is black?

Nevermind, I found http://www.cuba-erleben.de/com/People.htm and it says that as of 2000, the population is 66% white, 21% mulatto, 12% black... I bet the mulattos are being counted as black in this 80% number. Still, 80% in the prisons, only 33% of the population at most. Very telling.
