Same thing happened to me this morning. I was out grocery shopping and a couple of VFW reps were handing out American flag pins in front of the entrance.
They asked me the same question (I look my age, you see). And came up with the same reply.
No better medicine. . .
Just 2 little words...can make all the difference in the world.
