This is civil, and that is why the police were on 'stand-by'..... If criminal, they, Rocha's would of been arrested on the spot.

They would not have arrested them if they had drove a truck through the door......bad PR. What they did was criminal, but you have to have a prosecutor that would take them to trial, and that ain't about to happen, conflicting values here.

I disagree with your statement here. MPD is not afraid unlike some liberal agencies.. PD is a strange cat of folks in the Valley.... Unlike some DA Terrance Hallihan, SF DA....
