TUESDAY: I'm astounded to hear a forensic scientist tell the court, under questioning by the prosecution, that the blood stains found in the car were not compared to the blood type of the victim. He said it was determined to be blood. He said he didn't compare the hair samples either.Could I have possibly misunderstood this?
I can't say for sure either way. I didn't hear that but I missed a lot of the coverage yesterday unfortunately. In the threads I've read the last two days I also don't recall seeing it.
