Your rights afford you the opportunity to condemn homoesuality...

Honest question OWK...do I and people like me have a right to secede from a society that condones homosexual behavior and form our own society?

You have the right to join with others who believe as you do, buy common property, and prohibit homosexuals to access that property, or to engage in commerce with your like-minded compatriots.

What you do NOT have the right to do, is restrict their otherwise peaceful behavior in THEIR homes, businesses, and associations, by force.

I can't make it any clearer than that.

Sure. You just can't do it within the confines of the United States of America. However, I don't see why you can't buy a nice island somewhere and make it an exclusive place as private property. You can isolate yourself there and not allow anyone who is not a member of your little club from coming there.

I'd say you can do it if you want to. I suspect you'll have a tough time, though, finding enough people that want to do this to make it succeed as a separate entity. You'd still need supplies, etc.

But, hey, go for it.
