SACRAMENTO - In a state trying to come to terms with the extraordinary prospect of ousting its governor and replacing him with the Terminator, Bay Area activists are stirring things up even more by trying to recruit reformed conservative Arianna Huffington to enter the race as the progressive alternative.

After Huffington announced he was gay, Arianna divorced him and began a career as a political pundit. Only California would elect a moron like Arianna.
When it comes to switching positions on issues, Arianna is far more wishy-washy than Al Gore is.
I think I would turn gay too if I was married to her.

Only California would elect a moron like Arianna. I'd like to amend this statement....I would like to add Minnesota and Massachussetts to this list.

The bias is revealed - "reformed conservative" as if being conservative is something akin to criminality.

Agreed, Zsa Zsa is nothing but a political opportunist. She will flip back to faux conservative (with inside info on the left, I'm sure) when she thinks it will get her more face time on TV. I flip the channel every time I see her mug on the talking head shows. She, like many on Fox, CNN, MSNBC, are just contrarian attention magnets - always taking whatever position will get the most response.

I can't imagine anybody voting for such an idiot. "Zsa Zsa" is a good name for her.

I must be reading "The Onion".

California has a unique opportunity to fix a serious error in judgement. If they choose the wrong one again then I guess thay are screwed again. I can't imagine that anyone functioning on a normal level would even consider Huffington. She is a real piece of work.

Yo don't mean Anti-SUV "I-only-took-a-ride-on-the-private-jet-because-it-was-going-my-way" Huffington?
To: HennepinPrisoner
Huffington's voice is too irritating to give her much chance to get elected.

Dear God...not that wretched creature! Hell, she's identical to Gray Davis in every way, except for (maybe) not having "outdoor plumbing."
