I kept seeing units rolling code up I5 in Burbank all night long, so I figured General Baca screwed up royally. My friends and I surmised he would would take some stars off his collar and use them a chinese throwing stars to take out the suspect. This is the second house they have burned down under his watch, the other one in Stevenson's Ranch where they took out the ex-cop that shot an LASD deputy after that botched ATF raid a couple years ago.
