Come one, come all -- comment on this year's freak show. It began with three sluts on stage in their underwear.

Are you saying Andy would have enjoyed us Freepers? Us ultra rightwing nutjob antisocial government-hating redneck conservatives?

Despite the cover art, this is not a rap album (they even got the artist who does these covers for rap acts to do this one).

Andre Williams' album The Black Godfather may be a good Mashed Potato(e) record; I don't know how the dance goes. I do know that the Japanese version of this album has Andre singing the song he wrote "Shake Your Tailfeather" which was a dance hit. It also has a cover of the Cramps' "I Can't Find My Mind" and has songs with the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion among other guest musicians.

The followup had Ronnie Spector, Rudy Ray Moore, and others.

Andre Williams will be playing a 3 day fest in Las Vegas called the Rockaround

The Riverboat Gamblers will be there. So will Rudy Ray Moore and 40 other bands.

Fame != Fun.

Good music == Fun!!!

I was in 11th grade in 1984. I spose I'd go back if I could, but ONLY if I could take my current knowledge. Otherwise, forget it.

No, no, no way! I'm saying Andy W. would have enjoyed MTV and these awards in a much different way than everybody else does, the FReepers tonight or the true believers like Mr Fanatical Cretin. Warhol was a connoisseur of pedestrianism and celebrity for its own sake!
